The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) processes medical cannabis applications.

– Huntington’s disease
– Sickle cell anemia
– Autism
– Alzheimer’s disease
– Neurpathies
– Cachexiea and wasting syndrome
– Terminal illness
– In a doctor’s professional judgment, any chronic, debilitating, or other medical condition

After you get your medical recommendation, you will fill out your application for your Missouri medical marijuana patient ID card. Here is a checklist with everything you will need to apply for a med card in Missouri.
