Customer Appreciation Event

Join us for a customer appreciation event at our Hazelwood location from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, January 22nd. We will have Coffee Culture on site giving out free coffee to all patients who stop by during the event, as well as Elevate Holistics on site with $50 medical card registrations. Every patient who signs up for their medical card during this event will get 2000 loyalty points added to their account to be used at their first visit. Every current patient who makes a purchase on Saturday will also receive 2000 loyalty points.
