Springfield Patient Drive

This Saturday, February 26th, register for your med ? card certification at our Springfield MO location ( 850 E Kearney St, Springfield, MO 65803 ) during our patient drive with Elevate Holistics between 2pm and 5pm!

The price of med cards during this event is only $75 and includes full service! ( Elevate Holistics will complete DHSS paperwork and send over the prompt for the state fee )

Yes! All appointments will be $75 during this event.  That includes new certifications, veteran/medicare certifications, and renewals.
