If you like potato salad and you like cannabis, then get ready for this delicious cannabis infused potato salad. This isn’t the potato salad your mom used to make. The dosage of THC in each serving of potato salad will depend on how strong you made your cannabis olive oil.
We recommend using only one tablespoon of olive oil for a more mild potato salad. If you have a high tolerance, or just want to consume a lot of THC, then we recommend using two or three tablespoons of canna-oil.
Cannabis Infused Potato Salad Recipe
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley fresh
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 fresh chopped stalk of celery
- 1-3 tablespoons cannabis infused olive oil depending on THC serving preference
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put potatoes in a large pot. Fill the pot with water to about 2 inches above the potatoes. Add salt and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the potatoes are tender then drain.
Toss the potatoes with the onions, parsley and celery.
Make the dressing by mixing the canna-oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Chill in the fridge until serving time.
